Tonight’s BCS Championship Game between LSU and Alabama figures to be as evenly matched as possible. These two teams have without a doubt been the best two in college football all season, with Alabama’s only loss coming to LSU in overtime. LSU has survived one of the more rigorous schedules in recent memory, having already beaten three teams who were at the time ranked in the Top 3! 6 of their victories this year came against teams who have already won a bowl game this year. Those two facts are just astonishing. That being said, Alabama made it through a pretty rigorous schedule itself and came out surrendering an NCAAF low 8.8 points per game.

When I was in Vegas, the book at the Cosmopolitan had Alabama as a 1 point favorite. The line as since dropped to a pick. On the year, I am 3-0 when betting LSU against the spread. Add in the fact that the game is being played a mere 80 miles from LSU’s campus and I like my chances. What’s awesome to me is that I can get LSU at +110 to just win the game, which I will do for $100. Many of you remember my post of Tyrann Mathieu not giving a shit about gamblers. Well, hopefully tonight he makes enough plays to not give a shit about those who bet against him.
